Our single-stage water ring vacuum pumps feature a dynamically balanced cylindrical rotor equipped with a hollow hub and a series of curved blades.
This rotor rotates freely within an eccentric casing. As the rotor spins, a sufficient amount of sealing water or liquid forms a solid ring along the casing’s periphery due to centrifugal force.
This design creates a series of expanding and contracting working spaces as the rotor moves from the lower to the upper vertex and back, facilitating continuous suction and exhaust of gases.
