An oil-sealed rotary high vacuum pump, also known as an oil-sealed rotary vane pump, represents a pinnacle of vacuum pump technology, renowned for its exceptional performance and reliability across diverse industrial and scientific applications.

This pump essentially uses a rotor with many vanes contained within an eccentrically formed cavity to work on the basis of positive displacement. By spinning inside the pump's housing, this rotor seals the inner surface. Vanes in the rotor sweep over the walls of the cavity as it rotates, trapping molecules of gas and gradually decreasing the volume inside the pump to create vacuum.

Oil Seal Rotary High Vacuum Pump Also Called Oil Immersed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump. The Rotor, With Two Springs Loaded Vanes Is Mounted Eccentric in The Stator Body, As The Rotor, Rotated The Vanes Sweep The Crescent Shape Valve Which Prevents Back Flow Of Air.

Our Oil Sealed Rotary High Vacuum Pumps Are Available In Single & Double Stage, V Belt Driven Type And Also Air & Water Cooled Model Also.
