working principle

The mono-block water ring vacuum pump operates via an impeller, generating centrifugal force to form a water ring within the pump housing. As the impeller rotates, it creates a low-pressure region at the inlet, drawing in gas or vapor. This trapped substance undergoes compression as the impeller moves towards the outlet, expelling it from the pump. The water ring acts as a seal between the impeller and housing, preventing leakage. This cyclical process sustains a continuous vacuum. With its impeller-driven mechanism and water ring formation, the pump efficiently evacuates gases while maintaining structural integrity and reliability.
